Rosemary Garlic Sweet Potato Fries

A lot of people ask me what I can even eat since I am meat-free (and mostly dairy free). Contrary to the majority opinion, cutting meat out of your diet doesn’t reduce you to rabbit food.
I love snacking on something salty as much as the next person. If anything, my diet has only become fuller and more varied since becoming vegetarian.

These sweet potato fries are a go-to snack or side-dish for me. They are simple to make and delicious to eat.


– 1 Sweet Potato
– Olive Oil Cooking Spray
– Garlic Salt
– Rosemary


  1. Preheat the (toaster) oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Rinse and peel the sweet potato.
  3. Cut into wedges.
  4. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  5. Coat foil with olive oil.
  6. Place potato wedges on the tray.
  7. Sprinkle potato wedges with spices.
  8. Spray with a top layer of Olive Oil.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once.
